I am a Psychotherapist specializing in couples and marriage counseling with over 10 years experience in private practice. I focus on providing urgent care to couples who want to improve the quality of their relationship, find resolution to long-standing issues and current life challenges, and feel a sense of peace and happiness – without the endless fighting and hurt feelings. Over the years I've helped thousands of couples in the Tampa area with their relationships.

The pressure of everyday life and relationships gets to all of us. It can be helpful to speak to someone, immediately if needed, to help find ways of coping with hurt feelings, stress, conflict management, and relationship trust.

By creating a safe space that is non-judgmental and understanding, I can provide an opportunity for growth, healing, and change. I understand that couples have busy schedules with work and kids; it can be hard to find time to take care of yourself. With this in mind, I offer flexible hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. Additionally, and most importantly for couples in crisis, I’m available to provide urgent and immediate counseling (813)-546-3567.

My office is centrally located on Memorial Highway in Tampa, FL and is also convenient to the Westshore business district, downtown Tampa, Westchase and Oldsmar. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). An LCSW is an advanced license issued to practice psychotherapy. An LCSW is issued to individuals who have a Masters Degree in Social Work, have passed both written and oral examinations, and have completed 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience. I received my Masters in Social Work from the Michigan State University. I have provided services to thousands of married couples.

I accept insurance and I also see many private-pay clients as some clients prefer to have the highest level of confidentiality from: employeers, insurance companies, spouses, etc.
